To produce hosts for holy mass three machines are used, one for each production phase.
The first production phase is the baking of the host sheet. With PRESS models 104 and 2000, either single or double, an oval host sheet measuring 53 x 25 cms can be baked.
The second production phase is the humidification of the host sheet. With STEAM CHAMBER models 105/n and 105, the host sheets are humidified so they can be cut without breaking into small pieces.
The third production phase is the cutting phase. With CUTTER models 106 and 193, either small or large hosts can be cut as required.
All models have the following features in common:
Electromechanical parts: mean easy machine use and installation, no particular installation systems are necessary, just plug the machine into an electrical socket (previously fitted in the workplace) for machine operation;
- Simplicity of use: each machine is worked by electric push buttons and switches.
- Reduced noise level: mechanical and electrical working parts have been designed to keep noise to a minimum, especially in consideration of the type of environment where they are normally operated;
- Reduced size: means the machines can be installed in a room measuring 15 to 20 sq. mts.
