The Automatic mould, model 2000 is designed for the baking of host sheets. It is available in two designs: Model 2000/single with a pair of baking plates and Model 2000/double with two pairs of baking plates. Working safety is obtained with infrared-ray safety curtains on the front side of the baking plates and with additional safety devices. This model includes a container where ingredients (water and flour) are introduced and mixed automatically being controlled from a mixing pushbutton. All operations involving mixing of the dough, pouring it onto the baking plates, opening and closing the baking plates and removing excess unbaked dough from the host sheet are controlled from a pushbutton panel. Host sheet baking is controlled by a digital thermostat which measures plate temperature continuously. The mould can operate in automatic mode where an "Excess Dough-cutting" pushbutton removes excess unbaked dough and an "Open" pushbutton opens the plates once a host sheet is fully baked. A host sheet bakes in little more than one minute. Approx. 40/50 host sheets for the single design and 80/100 host sheets for the dual design can be produced in one working hour, thanks to an automatic mixer and metering device that pours the dough onto the baking plates. The dual design can be operated by one or two workers.
